Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Nona Getaways greets and transfers you to your 5-star hotel in Kathmandu. After some rest, attend a pre-trek briefing where you’ll receive your trekking gear and meet your guide. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome dinner with fellow trekkers and get excited for the journey ahead.

Overnight: Aloft Hotel or similar

Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Drive to Ramechhap (4-5 hrs) – Fly to Lukla (2,840m), Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

We begin early with a scenic drive to Ramechhap, then take a thrilling short flight to Lukla—gateway to Everest. After meeting our porters, we begin a gentle downhill trek through pine forests and across suspension bridges, following the Dudh Koshi River to reach the riverside village of Phakding.

Overnight: Mountain Lodge

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

 Improtant Note:

During peak trekking seasons, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal mandates that all Lukla flights operate via Manthali Airport (Ramechhap) instead of Kathmandu. This regulation is implemented to reduce air traffic congestion at Tribhuvan International Airport and ensure safer, more reliable flight operations to and from the mountainous region.

Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Today’s trail takes us through dense forests and several suspension bridges. We pass Monjo and enter Sagarmatha National Park. A challenging climb after crossing the iconic Hillary Bridge brings us to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa town nestled in a natural amphitheater. On a clear day, you’ll glimpse Mount Everest for the first time.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar – Hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880m)

To help with altitude acclimatization, we spend a day in Namche. A scenic hike leads us to Everest View Hotel for stunning panoramas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Day 6: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)

Crossing the Imja Khola, we pass Pangboche and gain altitude while the landscape becomes more alpine and barren. Snow-covered Ama Dablam dominates the skyline. We continue to Dingboche, where stone walls protect crops from the wind. It’s a quiet village ideal for acclimatization and rest.

Day 8: Trek to Lobuche (4,940m)
