Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m) & Welcome Dinner

 

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Nona Getaways will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Take some time to relax and freshen up. In the evening, you’ll join a short trip briefing to review the trekking plan, followed by a delightful traditional Nepali welcome dinner.



Accommodation: 3 star hotel in Kathmandu

Meals: Dinner

 

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (822m) – 6 to 7 hours

 

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive along the Prithvi Highway to Pokhara. The route follows rivers, green hills, and terraced farmlands. Upon arrival, check in at your lakeside hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening in Pokhara.

Day 3: Drive to Birethanti (1,263m) & Trek to Ulleri (1,960m) – 4 to 5 hours

 

Take a morning drive to Birethanti, the trek starting point. Cross rivers and ascend gradually through charming villages like Tikhedhunga before climbing the famous Ulleri stone steps.



Accommodation: Eco-lodge in Ulleri

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

 

Day 4: Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,880m) – 4 to 5 hours

 

Continue your ascent through dense forests of oak and rhododendron, passing waterfalls and scenic ridges. Reach the hilltop village of Ghorepani, offering views of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna range.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

 

Day 5: Sunrise at Poon Hill (3,210m) & Trek to Tadapani (2,630m) – 6 to 7 hours

 

Start early for a sunrise hike to Poon Hill, where breathtaking views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri await. Return for breakfast in Ghorepani and continue trekking through rhododendron forests to Tadapani.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

 

Day 6: Trek to Ghandruk (1,940m) & Drive to Pokhara – 3 hours trek, 3 hours drive

 

Descend through peaceful forest trails to the picturesque Gurung village of Ghandruk. After exploring the village, take a jeep ride back to Pokhara.



Accommodation: Hotel in Pokhara

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

 

Day 7: Drive Back to Kathmandu – 6 to 7 hours

 

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu in a private vehicle. Enjoy the final views of rural Nepal before arriving and settling back into your hotel. Free evening for souvenir shopping or relaxation.

Day 8: Final Departure

As per your flight schedule, we’ll provide a comfortable transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your journey home or onward adventure.

  • Drinks (bottled water, soft drinks, tea/coffee, alcoholic beverages)

  •  Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, Wi-Fi, charging, etc.)

  •  Personal trekking gear (jackets, boots, poles, sleeping bag, etc.)

  •  Tips for guide and porter (recommended but optional)

  •  Travel insurance (must include coverage for trekking up to 3,210m)

  • mergency evacuation costs if required

  •  Any additional costs due to changes in itinerary from weather or unforeseen circumstances
